When in doubt, mumble; when in trouble, delegate; when in charge, ponder.—James H. Boren

We have a wee little community. Many of you signed up for the newsletter years ago and might just be realizing as you read this message; you haven’t received one in quite awhile. In all honesty, it was simply a weekly distribution of blogs written over a 7-day period.

Once we had hundreds of subscribers I felt a sense of responsibility. I mean I was busy teaching data skills, publishing articles and books, writing a popular blog, attending conferences—I have more to offer and you deserve access.

Here is the rub. I became uncomfortable with the hype and hustle. I write. If you want to read what I write good. I don’t want your email to upsell or trick you into anything. If you are reading this some time in September you will always have free access to not only the newsletter but the forthcoming podcast. It is basically a thank you for making the transition and being patient while I figure out what works.

To be honest, I give away tech reviews, datasets, how-to-videos, and now a podcast so even if you find this after we convert new subscribers to a paid model, you will save the tens of thousands of dollars I am typically paid for consulting.

Sign up now so you don’t miss the first issue. Or the free access.

In the meantime, tell your friends!
